Client Objective:

1) Increase demand for tickets; and
2) Allow ticket holder to broadcast support for Charity

Situation:

Charity issuing paper based tickets for event which is 12 weeks away. Tickets are purchased and put away until event. Event out of consciousness until date approaches.

INNO Solutions:

1) Change the selling procedure. Instead of waiting consumers to purchase the tickets. Send the tickets to them and ask them to activate. With tickets in hand, response rates will increase.

 
   
 

 

 

2) Change the substance of the ticket from paper to:

•  Alternative 1: Fridge Magnet:

i. Keeps event top of mind
ii. Allows visitors to see magnet and know ticket holder supports charity
iii. Communicates event to visitors increasing knowledge
iv. Creates viral word of mouth

•  Alternative 2: Bracelet

i. Keeps event top of mind
ii. Everyone meet or see knows support the charity
iii. Communicates event to others – supports media efforts
iv. Creates viral word of mouth
 v. Leads to promotion opportunities – Charm bracelet. Some charms have a portion missing which are on other bracelets. Bracelet holders go on line to find the missing piece and win a prize. Encourages social interaction about the event.
